tb bypass or cut and cap this is probably a stupid question but I ordered a ported tb.what is the diffence between a tb coolant bypass and a cut and cap of the coolant lines.
this is my first ported tb btw so im a newb.please help

You don't need to cap the TB nipples, but if it's been done don't worry about it, it won't hurt anything.

It needs to run somewhere. On many swap setups they tap the water pump to accept it instead of running it to the radiator or radiator hose. But no, you can't simply cap it
