Default New intake manifold!!!!

They are claiming a 30+ hp and tq gaind over an ls6 on a mild modified ls1

just want to know if anyone has expirience with it yet.

wow dude....you are WAY behind the times.

that intake was introduced by the manufacturer about a year ago

was predicted to go on the market this past spring...then summer...then fall...now early winter.

still has not come out.

summit racing has it in the new catalog.


bottom line...don't hold your breath

so what you guys are telling me is that you can't buy them yet?

I know it wasn't new news, but i was really wanting to know if anyone has one or if it is a good piece.

they claim 30hp over the ls6....YEAH RIGHT

real world is gonna be about 10-15 if they are lucky.




and honestly...for the price they are pre-selling at...for $200 more you can have the FAST....which is proven, and can be ported.

you are prolly right. Maybe 30 at the flywheel. Being $500 cheaper then the fast it is definetely worth looking into. Looks like we gotta wait for real world results

It's not $500 cheaper than the FAST, more realistically it's only $200 cheaper than the FAST.

Give it 2-3 months after being on the market to shake out all the different types of combos from stock motor, to heads and cam, to larger displacement and we'll see what it does.

I'm sure there will be more than one back to back tests compared to a FAST and we'll see then how it stacks up.
