truck coils

I have a set of truck coils off of an 02 with a 5.3 PN#19005218...
my question is which coil would be best for my car? The stock coils that are on it or would i benefit from installing the truck coils? My coils have about 93k on them and these have Round 80k them, got them free from an engine swap i did. Any and all opinions are welcome.

Also have the injectors off of the truck...Do they flow any better or should i stick with mine?

stock ls1 injectors are better 28lbs per hour vs 26 or 24
