Would 1 cat in the I pipe be as effective as 2 in the y? Not so much in terms of emissions, but reducing the smell and sound. Im making a custom exhaust, and the way it's currently setup would make it more suitable to just use one cat in the i pipe to keep down noise and cut down on the raw eggs smell of an open exhaust. TIA

Stick one strw in your mouth and blow, then put two in your mouth and blow. The 2 is gona flow more. Dont use cats to quiet your engine. Use mufflers to quiet your motor.
