Default Nasty Performance sheet metal intake gains 43RWHP

Doing some testing on our new sheet metal intake. On a 427 solid roller motor the Nasty Performance intake picked up 43RWHP over a ported Holley intake that flowed 10% over a LS6 manifold. We have some more tricks to try on the production version that should make even more power. We have several more cars to test it out on so we should have a good idea of how it will preform on any application. We are even pretty confident that we have an inprovment over the LS6 intake on a 346 car...to be tested. Love to hear any comments or if you have any questions. Please let us know.
I have pics and dyno sheets but do not have them hosted.

What was the TQ reading and what is the area under the curve for both HP & TQ versus LS6 intake.

Well im interested in the intake. How far out until you guys offer the production version? Do you have a price range yet? You said it would probably net some gains on a 346ci engine, would this be a higher compression motor, N20 motor, or boosted? Im very interested as I threw a rod in my stock motor and im rebuilding the whole car. Its probably gonna be a 346 ci forged internals with 5.3 liter stage 2 heads running 11.1 compression with 150-250 shot of N20. Let me know the details please as im local and would really be interested in your new intake if it could be setup for some type of direct port.

We got plenty of 346 motors to try it on. Not to sure on price as of yet we do want to heat coat the inside and clear or polish the outside I hope to be under $2000

It lost nothing down low and really started to climb at 5000 made power all the way to 7500 and was still climbing.

As far as it looks it should work on a 346 heads and cam car and deffinatly on boost or spray.

Awesome, those things look amazing. To hear that they flow better than an LS6 would be tizzight.
