Default Header hole. Need some input please

I ran over something the other day that was on the highway. Felt like maybe a piece of rubber anyways, so I check under the car teo days later before going to work at 5am (hadnt moved it) and saw nothing. Just my dirty tranny from the rear main seal leaking oil still, no biggie. I go over to the driver side and look closer, just eye balling things out, and see a dime maybe a penny size hole on the driver side header, right before the rear o2 sensor.(What the ****) Anyways, how long can I drive the car before seeing some issues with anything if any? Any sponsors having Christmas sales early for some (specificly) Hooker Stainless Steel LTs? You alls (Im a Texan) advise is greatly appreciated. Thank-you all for always having some knowledge on the subjects.

Why not just have it patched? I wouldn't go through the trouble of buying a new one and removing the old and reinstalling a new one. Just my .02

how close to the sensor is it? just for a temporary fix you can put a quarter over the hole and wrap it up good with that header wrap stuff. one guy on here had some luck doing that. quarters have very high melting points.

or you can sell them to me for next to nothing and i will fix them mwahahahh

I thought about patching it up. I just thought it was ....well.... kinda you know. Hmmm cool guys, I guess I could do that and see if theres anymore holes and patch them up I guess. Any other tips would be greatly appreciated. Ill wait for a few more responds before going to my muffler shop. If this works I could be getting that CME kit I just saw by 6Litereater (i think). Anyways please keep em coming. Fix or replace them are the choices now......

Take your car to a muffler shop and have them check it out. If the header is solid enough, have them patch it. While the car is up in the air you can also check for any other damage that may have happened. No need to replace the headers for a 1/2 inch hole. Use your money for the CME that you want.

I did the same thing to mine a while back, and I just fixed it. Make a little plate out of 16 ga steel and patched it up.

Ok they will leak and look ugly with a patch or header tape on them now go buy new ones!!! Hopefully I gave you enough reasons even if they aren't true.
