You may need O2 Extensions for the front O2's, and Sims/Tune to delete the ones in the Back.

I went with extensions and sims when I first got my Pacesetters and ORY 3 years ago. Got the car tuned this spring and had them deleted from the tune and sold off the sims. If you are planning on getting a tune anytime soon I would go that route. And if not I would just go without the sims, because from what I've read it won't hurt your car, it'll just throw a code and give you and SES light. Although being that you are in CA you will probably want to do one or the other to get rid of the light for emission checks.

Since you are running the air and egr I will assume your buying cats. If you are going to be running cats then yes you will need 02 extensions if not you can get the 02's tuned out, Call Nick he'll tell you everything you need http://www.newtechperformance.com/ . You installing them yourself or are you going to be waiting for one of darknessxyz's mod days?
parts needed if
gaskets $20 anywhere but gm dealership.
spark plugs ?
spark plug wires $40-$50
band clamps $4 a pop- the lack of these stopped darknessxyz from installing his headers
i'm sure someone else can add something.
if you can k-member ground down so the driver side does not rub not a big deal just nice to do

I just bought stock manifold gaskets, are those fine? I know that a couple of people recommended the stock gaskets. Also, I was thinking of getting a Flowmaster/Magnaflow merge so my ORY would flow better, what do you think? I heard that the merge would make it less raspy too. I will be installing these myself 12/13/08 so I need as much info as possible. I just ordered my 2 24" extensions too.

I used the factory gaskets from the old manifolds- I had only 40K on the car and they looked great! When I got done I took the car to the muffler shop and they expanded the tailpipe a little so it fit great- the ory came with the headers.I used the locking header bolts and have never had to revisit the torque on them again.Good Luck!

I used the stock gaskets on both of my cars without an issue, I mean damn there metal layered gaskets and are just as good as copper from my experiences. Good luck on the install!

Where would I be able to find the copper gaskets? Also, can anyone answer my question about the merge?

I searched, but I couldn't really find anything on it. I just want to know if it'll cut the rasp down, but I do know it'll flow better with the merge.
