v-clamp for headers

Default v-clamp for headers

anyone use v-clamps, with flanges welded to slip on collectors?

I used V-band clamps when I did my exhaust.

I have them on my exhaust too and they work great for sealing everything up, but as long as you have clearance you wont have problems since they tend to stick out lower than the rest of the pipe.

I have never liked slip on collectors. Something like a ball flange might work well also.

V band clamps work great. I have no leaks on mine either.
