Vacum leak code?

thats some pull ****, i have a trex cam and full bolt ons ive never gotten this code until now? can u guys give me a layout or diagram of the motor with all the vacum lines?

2 on rear of intake, 2 on front, pcv system hoses...isn't that it?

could be leaking under the intake from a damaged gasket

two on the rear what the pcv? wheres the 2 on the front the tb?

you got one leaving the throttle body that goes the to the pcv system, that "t's" off one to each side of the valve covers this usually rips, and another at the throttle body to the pass side valve cover, so theres two on that valve cover, then one to evap purge solenoid, and behind the intake theres the map sensor and a vaccum hose and a small line that goes towards th pass sidefor the ac vaccum lines.. and finally one for the brakje booster!
