what will i need???

Im about to install a set of hedman headers on my 00 trans am, there used not new. Ive read that the OEM headers gaskets from GM are the best to get is that true even with used headers?? Also will i need different header bolts or will the ones out of the stock manifolds work?? One question, im guessing ill need to get some 02 simulators, where can i buy those from? any help will be appreciated, thanks
