Default Question about LS6 Intake
A buddy of mine that used to own an SS said that the newer SS Camaros like my '01 already comes w/ an LS6 Intake. Is this true? Mine is a black plastic intake...I'm assuming its the factory intake but I'm clueless about what a stock LS1 is supposed to look like.

This is ture 01 and 02's came with LS6 intake.

At a quick glance :
LS1 intake has the provision for the EGR
LS6 intake has no provision for the EGR

yeap you should have the ls6...you dont have a tube sticking in at the top of the intake right after the Throttle body..
