Booster hook up

Guys,

I may be being a bit thick here but where to I connect the booster to on a 98 Camaro LS1. I did not take the engine out and there seems no obvious pipe to connect. The engine is going in a 68 El Camino. I realise it normally connects to the intake somewhere but there are no pipes left unconnected.Thanks Kev.

At the back of the intake, that is where the brake booster hooks up on an LS1. It should be a 3/8 hose or so.

Thanks mate I have found it now although it is a little out of site! What is the pipe that connects the left exhaust manifold {standard) to the right one and nd has 2 canister things in the line. Is it connected to an air pump in the standard car. Can I disconnect it totally as the car is in England and has no emission tests to pass

The pipes going from the exhaust manifolds are for an AIR Injection system to warm up the catalytic converters on cold start. If you have no cats or emission, then you can remove them.
