Car missing at WOT

Car missing at WOT Tonight I was running a friend of mine from a roll on my way home. I was in first gear at about 3000 RPM for about 10 seconds then floored it. It seemed as though the traction control was on, but I don't even have that option. Also seemed like it could be a misfire. Changed plugs and wires not 1,000 miles ago from a previous miss I had. Put TR55's in and Taylor wires. Gapped at .059. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: Car missing at WOT Big gap is harder to fire across at high cylinder
pressures. A weak flame kernel will burn worse /
slower and maybe this is the problem. Try and
push the gap down a little and see it it fixes
things (like .045 - .050). Better to have a
shorter gap that fires reliably.

Re: Car missing at WOT I had somewhat a problem where I punch it and it seemed to gasp for air for a few seconds and then take off but I posted it they told me to clean my MAF and that work no more problems. If this will help!!!

Re: Car missing at WOT My car did this after a plug and wire change but just every now and then. Even A-taped it and didnt catch any missfires at teh time. turned out that I didnt get the #8 plug wire back on all the way tight. Might be something as simple as that.
