All you need to do is take off your starter and sparkplugs, then just work the headers in. If you have problems you can grind on the flange a little bit or loosen you driver side motor mount and jack up the motor a bit. The passenger side should go right in easy. I welded my y-pipe to the headers, so you may want a welder handy.

Re: pasesetter headers My install took 19 hrs. I did it in the drive way without the benifit of air tools( probably about 5-6 hrs w/ air tools). I had to remove the steering shaft and starter. The headers fit pretty good except the lack of clearance on the driver side at the K member. The ORY, on the other hand, is a complete POS. It was about 6" too long and it bangs the hell out of the floor. I'll have to break out the persuader bar tonight to bow the Y. If I had it to do over again, I'd fab my own Y or have one made. The headers I'd buy again in a heartbeat.
