did a compression check all around 150 one was 148
changed plugs and shot each exhaust tube with a heat gun all around 160's
took my friends fuel rail of his car with 34k miles and used hsi injectors all were good
changed oil and cut open oil filter no metal shavings

car vibrates still without transmission in the car. Only thing i know left is change flywheels and see what happens. This ordeal just happened out of the blue the clutch that was in it was in the car for 7k miles and has no signs on the flywheel or pressure plate of hard spots. this is a long shot but could it be possible the computer is messed up and when ur at higher rpms above 1000k where it vibrates maybe the spark table in the computer is off? Im just throwing that out there im really clueless to whats going on it just doesnt make since the vibration is from something rotating though because its intermitant. A gm certified tech is coming to my house tommrow to see if he can figure it out so if anyone has any ideas or has been through this ordeal before please post some info.thanks
IMO no way it could be the pcm

You have to have internal problems.

he already stated he changed his balancer which is his pulley.

my bet is on a bent push rod or collapsed lifter

well so far im stumped. the motor doesnt tick at all so maybe it is a bent pushrod. has 45-60 psi at idle depending on temp outside. I dont know what to think the motor mounts are poly urethane so im almost certain thats not them. the vibration is so bad the steering wheel shakes. would a bent pushrod cause all that vibration though?

the pulley was replaced with a stock gm replacement so i dont think that could be it. its something internal tho for sure ive narrowed it down that far

i dont think it would be a pushrod considering the motor has no ticking no noise at all basically sounds like it runs fine at idle if it was one of them it would do it all the time.

ive narrowed it down to 3 things

motor mounts which i highly doubt cuz there poly urethane
cranks messed up
ecm like the spark tables messed up

Man it sounds like you've replaced everything that it could possibly be. Only thing left really is to remove the bottom end and take it and have it balanced lol.

If the tune was really off you'd get knock or at the least detect it in the plugs.

well i had a extra set of pushrods so i went ahead and changed them the heads were pretty clean it amazed me. still vibrates though. i was looking at my harmonic balancer a minute ago the one i replaced already underneath the car and it looks a lil wobbley from the top it looks good to go but from below it doesnt look so hot. if u look at the back of the pulley with the car on and watch the crankshaft u can see it running out. i never looked at the old one so iono if its gonna have some wobble. i tightened the hell out of the balancer too torqued it down
