Forgive me in advance for replying without reading the whole thread.

When you put any type of poly urithane mounts your usually gonna have more vibration. They are hard, do not give like rubber.

Just food for thought..

Nah it's not the mounts I'm more focused on the wobbling crank pulley it's brand new from gm. I'm gonna take it off and start the car and see if the crank wobbles.

I never said they were broken..I said they were good. If you just put poly mounts you will have more vibration. Maybe your pulley is wobbly..Then the mounts are making it vibrate even more. Did you pull the pulley and start it yet? That will tell you right away if it's the pulley.

Was the problem there before you put the new pulley on? If not then wehn did the problem start?

i got the car scanned o2s were at 850 870 no misfires and i had one previous code on there a generator code p1637c which says its a generator t terminal circuit so im guessin its the alt code but my alt charges so thats y the code was a previous one. anyways so that rules out the computer now im back to either motors fucked or i didnt put the clutch in right i go down the road and once u get above 2k rpms i have very little vibration issues u cant even tell its there but anyhting from 1k to 2k its there.

So the problem started right when you put the clutch in or what? Seems like WAAAY to much hunting around just to still have the problem, I would have to ride in it to get a feel for it but some vibration it normal. Alot is obviously not.

ok lets start over.
when the cars cold and i get in it in the mornings it doesnt seem as bad.
at 70 mph its vibrates terribly
i have a 6 speed so at idle in neutral it vibrates
i have poly mounts but how likley is it that one is ript? they look fine and when i pry on them with the motor running it seems fine. but they are poly and dont give that much so i cant rule that out can i?

I have exactly the same problem and noticed mine after a LS7 clutch install. I pulled it out and had the Flywheel and Pressure plate balance to .5 gms. I swapped the balancer. I'm stuck too. I was even looking for a decent prices on a EVA vibration analyzer on Ebay. Mine kicks in at 1300 to 1400 rpms and has a 4 count beat to it. I was wondering if I noticed at the clutch change but it was there already? I also have been kicking around whether the vibration could caused by the exhaust. I have a GMMG resonator exhaust. I thought maybe I was getting a pulsing vibration from the exhaust that was at a resonant frequency of the car. This could harmonically vibrate the vehicle??? I know I'm stretching on that one.
