Flowmaster or Magnaflow
flowmaster on stock internals and with a cutout.
magnaflow with stock internals and then now with LT's and ory pipe.
flowmaster is a little louder than the magnaflow but with the magnaflow i can feel the car respond better.

If you are on a tighter budget I say get a jegs catback or lm2 or something.
Either way. I just put a cutout on mine to get any power that the flowmaster leaves on the table. I put it as far back on the Y I could so that I still get some backpressure to maximize the power I get out. Seems to flow well. Don't use it that much because it's not electric.
BTW how about "flowdisaster"?
It was kinda quiet stock but with mods in sig it's a different story. Absolutely screams WOT and kinda loud anything over 2.5k-3k
What type of proof do you have? Dynoed with flowmaster cutout closed. Dynoed flowmaster cutout open. Dynoed "x" with cutout closed. Dynoed with "x" open. All through same pipes and headers? All on same dyno?
I'm not saying it's not true, would just like to know more. I figured the cat back would have little affect with the cutout open.
Don't you usually loose power with the cutout open because not enough back pressure? So the restricted catback would raise the back pressure a bit..That was my thinking anyway. I don't have any sheets to proove my thought process.
Just a thought in theory...anybody?
