Default Should i change my timing chain?

2000 LS-1 car has 101K put in an MS3 cam at 99K, timing chain had the normal 100K loosness you would expect, i didn't change the timing chain (didn't have time or a chain). Do you think it would be worth it to tear the motor back down just to replace the chain with an LS-2 unit? How often do stock ones actually fail under 200K? Just courious, its alot of work lowering the oil pan and everthing else having no lift just to replace a timing chain that still works. THANKS for the input.

x2. I would too. If you didn't upgrade to a ported LS6 oil pump, that would be another beneficial excuse as well.

Is it pretty easy to do the install, drop the pan, etc without using a lift.
