Default installing headers

hey i am about to start installing some longtube headers and was wondering if the stock o2s would be fine to use with the headers ? or if i dont want the o2s what do i do with the stock o2s pull them out?? sorry for the dumb question.

you'll need 02 wire extensions, or you can buy rear 2002 corvette o2 sensors, in which case you won't need extensions, like the Bosch 13111

can't you leave the backs out and just have the fronts? save some money.

I know that if you get it tuned, they tune out the back 02s, and you will need extensions for the fronts though.

It will throw codes but they can be tuned out, so yea.

do the fronts, you'll have to get a tune anyways to get full potenial of the headers at that point get them to delete rear o2's. those things aren't cheap.

one more question. where do i order extensions from? i am guessing u cant get them from autozone or something.

My O2 extensions came with my ARH headers. Are you sure that they didn't come with yours?

My o2 extensions came with my headers as well. But yeah, you should be able to find them at ws6store or fasttoys or most of the sponsors, I believe. And colews6 stole the words right out of my mouth.

where are you getting the extensions from? i got the ones from autozone, the vette ones and they are pretty damn long i had to tie them off... 24" seems to be long but get them and you can tie them off also

instead of getting extensions just pay a little more and just get new o2 sensors the 2002 corvette o2's then you will have new o2's and you wont have to buy extensions. you might be due for new o2's anyway better for tuning

sorry thats what i ment i got the new 02's from a corvette and they are long enough so you don't need extensions and they had them in stock they are like $50 each
