H pipe vs X pipe

H pipe vs X pipe I've got pacesetters and ORY going on soon behind a TR220 w/75 shot. I was wondering what the pors/cons were between X pipe and H pipe setups. Thanks.

Hot Rod Mag did a comparison between open headers, seperated duals, H pipe and X pipe. The x pipe made nearly as much HP as open headers and (if I remember right) a little more torque.
