tfs 235 with ls7 head gasket?

well Brian tooley is spraying a 250 shot and he didn't say anything about him having problems I have used them on a few cars with no problems

the surface must be 100% perfection for them to seal. one lil spot, and she is gonna leak.

... my bore is 4.030" and the gasket is a few thousands more...

**i would NEVER put a steel head gasket of any sort on any motor dry. i use copper head gasket spray or mopar head gasket spray.

i measured an l92 gasket myself today. 9 out of the 10 bores were 4.10xx and one was 4.90xx
the head is going on a 4.030 bore block, so i shouldnt have any interference with gasket, IMO.
