CME is just an exhaust tip system. (It does look awesome though.)

If you installed an ORY swap it for a catted Y. That should lower your
exhaust sound level somewhat. If you already have cats then I don't
really know what to tell you.
Yes I have cat's I guess maybe I am too old? I will look into the SLP duel/duel

slp dual/dual is just 2 mufflers... just add another magnaflow if you like the sound but want quieter.

I have Lt's and an or/y and I find the magnaflow has a good quality sound to it, not too loud, not too quiet, not raspy, no drone and it's supposed to flow well. Plus you can't beat the price for a full stainless catback. I'l sure it's going to sound better after my heads/cam.

SLP dual/dual is a catback with 1 muffler. it is not a 2 muffler system.

my friend replaced his loudmouth on a h/c/full bolt on car with a magnaflow and the difference is unreal. Its very quiet. He likes being able to hear the radio without having to crank it up high, and to have a normal conversation. He has dual electric cutouts in his y-pipe so he can be loud when he wants to be.

I'm in the same boat. Just got a new magnaflow cat-back and wouldn't mind it bein a lil quieter. I heard the dual tips have resonators in em and can quiet it down some, but i dont think they sell em seperate. I didnt want to pay the extra $200, but know i wish i did.

Magna flow is deep sound good exhaust I like it to be honest. Stock is to quiet and to small looking the magna flow "cannons" look pretty darn good to me

I have American Racing Headers, catted Y-pipe and a SLP dual-dual catback with a Magnaflow muffler taking place of the original muffler and it sounds perfect! Quiet at idle and cruising speeds and loud at WOT. The original muffler was way too quiet for me, that's why I replaced it with a magnaflow.

Magnaflow is too quiet.....Magnaflow is too loud....Magnaflow is just right. You people do realize that exhaust sound is 100% subjective. One person's loud can easily be (and on most occasions is) another person's quiet. You must experience the different exhaust options in real life in order to have any idea of what you think of them.

ive been told that people can hear my car coming from 2 blocks away and all i have is just a cat-back and lid...and thats at about 50km so i'd say its fairly loud...personally i'd like it louder but my neighbours might not like that too much

u think thats loud? try SLP LM1, Pacesetter LTs and ORY... u could hear me 5 miles away.. and im not kidding.

i dont understand why ppl mod cars and expect them to be quiet. the quieter the worst flow ull get the majority of the time.

go back to stock if its so bad and get 2 cutouts by the y pipe so u can have the flow when ur racing ppl? idk... good luck
