I deleted the bracket, compressor, belt, radiator, dryer can, and all the aluminum plumbing back to the fire wall. Get rid of it all less weight more room to work in the engine bay.

No you won't need a Delete Bracket.. just remove it all and the Belt off of the Pulley.

Someone honestly find me a LS1 AC Delete Bracket/Pulley.

It's not like the LT1 where you have to keep the Belt going the same path. I know cause I did it.

If you want to get crazy with it you can take everything off of the Fire Wall too..

It's easier with the Engine out. I'm sure it could be done with it in, but it would be a pain. I did it when I was building a Motor for mine and when the car was just a roller. I used a Dremel and cut it all out.

That Panel is made out of 1/16" Aluminum, I still have the Heat.

my engine is out so that helps. is it necessary to use a dremel on it? it looks like it just unbolts from the firewall.

Part of it un-bolts, you will see that when you get in there and start taking things apart. I kept heat, so I kept the part of the Box that was on the inside. Some people remove the whole thing cause they take everything out.

I'm looking into getting a little Blower Motor and building a Heater Box for mine, it doesn't blow as hard as it used too..

you could remove the dash and remove the entire box assembly, thats if u dont care for no heat or a/c like me. but to keep heat, your gonna have to still cut the box
