Default NGK-TR55

Are these the best plugs to get? And, what should they be gapped to?

YES, IMO. I've tried gaps between .050 and .060, there doesn't really seem to be much difference to me...

Based on my experience, TR55's gapped at 0.050-0.055" are a good OEM heat range plug, but (with similar mods to yours) I've had better luck with TR6's gapped at ~0.045".

Gotta go with the TR55's. Quality plug. The gap will depend on the power you're making.

With that said, where do you go with gap? i.e - less HP = less gap? Or?

I installed my TR55's about 7K miles ago and set them at .052 because I had heard the stock .060 was way too much. My car is mostly stock: lid, !cats, "dynomouth", Thunder Racing MAF ends, FRA, EGR mod, TB bypass. Am I about right on gap? Or way off? TIA
