Did you have this problem after LT install??
Did you check the eng fuse? Its a 20 amp fuse located under the hood in the fuse box closest to the front of the car I believe it will throw p0102 and mayb some other things. If not use a volt meter and with the key on unplug the maf ground the volt meter and check each of the wires on the plug one should be ground another 5v and the other 12v
they are longer for longutbes. to me it didnt make sense to spend 50 bucks or whatever on extensions and my 100k mile o2 go out and i still need to buy new ones. so instead i got two new ones that are long enough on their own.
you are going to throw codes if you don't get the rear O2s tuned out or put sims in there. and even the sims aren't always reliable. i had sims in mine and i got an "over current" or something in both banks, got the rear O2s tuned out and the SES went away.
just the front two which the computer uses for engine management, the rears are plugged with sims or tuned out(which is the best way to go and what i did). the rears are only there to make sure the cats are doing their job so they arent necessary.
