Default which muffler should I go with ?

I have a manual cut-out already installed on my 01 SS. Its to loud on the inside. Which muffler should I get to make the car louder ? Should I just go with a catback ? What is a fair install price on a muffler ? Also what is a fair price on a catback for install ?

I had a custom cat back with a Bullet muffler and cut out put in my car for 150$ then for the muffler and cut out i have 200$ total and it really woke my car up and sounds great.... i would get a 3" dynomax bullet and find a shop that can just custom make the Catback in full 3" piping so much better and cheaper than one bought i think...

I got some issues with my ears being sensitive to sound. The cut-out is just too loud on the inside.

with my ypipe setup my bullet is under the passenger seat. I think the true dual setups are mounted a little further back and they end up dumping the exhaust right before the rear end. Is Ronnie a tall guy who wears baseball hats and drives a white civic? If I were you though man, I wouldn't go the custom route provided by someone off the street unless you've researched it. I think you should research a little more to get more options to choose from.

never seen that before. First, do you realize the difference between ypipe and xpipe exhaust setups?

well the guy's exhaust that costed $40 looks just like my tsp almost exactly.

If you went with true duals you'd be supplied with 2 bullet mufflers with the kit. with true duals you don't have exhaust tips because the exhaust stops right before the rear end. I like the no exhaust tip theme too because the car just rumbles and if you don't know anything about cars its just a mystery what kind of exhaust you have. I don't know how loud tds are inside the car though. That xpipe setup is the ONLY thing that sounds better than GMMG consistently.

Which Dynomax did you buy ? The bullet race ? Turbo ? Ultra flow ? Glasspack ?
