Y-Pipe Hitting undercarriage; HELP!

Mine was very persistent. I tried 3 Y pipes, the added hanger, rubber wedged in between (causes vibration). Only thing that fixed it for me were the poly motor mounts. I get a minor amount of vibration with them but it's not bad and no more Y pipe banging.

I had the same problem tried poly mounts didn't work muffler shop made this like tiny extention piece fitted it in welded it together never had the problem again

i tried the poly trans mount and hated it, the mount transmitted all the normal driveline noise inside the cabin of the car it sounded like my trans was coming apart. it also changed my driveline angle and my was shaking like hell. but the engine mounts worked perfect no noise or vibrations. hope this helps!

I have the same exact problem, i do have poly motor mounts though. Just need to install them sometime, hopefully that solves my problem. If not, maybe i can get a local shop to fab something up when i get them to install my SLP LM2 muffler and new custom cme exhaust.
