New water pump,new thermostat housing and thermastat,new belt.. still getting hot.. i loosened the bolts that hold steam tubes to heads and nothing is coming out...????

Yeah you either have something blocking the coolant passages or most likely you have a pocket of air in your system.
I usually fill mine with the front of the car jacked up. crank it up with the radiator cap off and watch the temp gauge closely . It isn't going to flow until the T-stat opens. it may take a couple of times doing that. Just cut the car off when it starts getting hot and let it cool and try again

I think your thermostat might be sticking... I flushed my system a lil while ago and I just filled the radiator till it was full, fired it up and let it run and added accordingly... Its been full ever since.
