Default Cam Swap - need opinions

I have a 1999 Trans Am WS6 LS6 heads/LS6 Cam/SLP LS6 Intake, paceSetter headers, Corsa Exhaust, SLP Lid

I want to upgrade my cam, I was told to get a Torquer V3 but I am hearing from a lot of people they are extremely hard on springs. This car is my DAILY DRIVER and nothing else, I may take it to the track once or twice, but I just want some power on the street when I need it. I would like to make over 400RWHP.

Any help?

I think a 228r from tsp would be perfect for your setup to be daily driven, and i wouldnt doubt if it'd put 400rwhp or more with the right tune on an m6 car. My brother used a 228r cam with full bolt ons in a 02 m6 z28 and put 411rwhp torque was roughly 408rwtq if i remember correctly tuned by tsp them selves. Ms4 cam in my friends 02 m6 ss put down 410rwhp/388rwtq, not bad but its a lil overkill of a cam for a full bolt ls1 in my opinion. Good cams though.
