do a search with the word "fernco" and you'll find all kinds of great info-its worth the time to read it. Especially the parts about trimming and breaking lids...

I think I used the 1059-33 series fernco coupler. It's a stepped coupler so it goes from 3inches to 3.5 inches. I just trimmed mine, no heating was required.

It's towards the bottom.
I guess if you were going from a 85mm MAF to the TB a 1060-33 might work good too since it's about a 3.5 internal diameter coupler.
