Yes if your car is running rich then it isnt running as good as it could and will probably run a little slower, how much though depends. Some more info would help people answer your question a lot better!

i dont much about ls1 engines. ok so i fucked up i men't to say rich not rick. well it runs like crap from 230 full tank of gas to 160 after i put the bbk intake, headers and 22-2800 stall. it feels like the car run slower and i am running open headers.

hmm definitely shouldnt feel slower but you are probably gonna lose some mileage with a bigger stall, is the service engine light on? im not for sure but i though you had to tune when going with a larger stall. i would say get it to a tuner so someone can take a look at it, or atleast run it by autozone and get it scanned if it is throwing codes. i think most would agree that you should probably get something on the headers too atleast 18" of pipe off of each collector. im sure your o2's arent reading right and are contributing to your problem...

I've never done it, but I've seen it on here that with open headers you can ruin your o2's and your spark plugs without extensions or some kind of exhaust. So you might have even dropped a cylinder or something due to bad spark plugs.
