Default TEA 1.5 5.3 vs PRC 2.5 5.3

I am going to purchase some heads this weekend and have narrowed it down to these to sets. I have the MS3 cam, so I am leaning towards the PRC. But I have a buddy who is extremely confident in the TEA heads. I was just wondering if anyone could help me out deciding.
Thanks

I don't think you can go wrong with either. I am very happy with my TEA 1.5's though. I would have to (assume) the 2.5's would make a bit more power but will let others chime in. I made 422rwhp with a smallish cam, smallish headers and LS6 manifold so I was happy. I have been wondering if there is power power to be made upgrading to a TEA 2.5. May also search in the dyno section. There hasn't been alot of talk of TEA these days.

Yeah I haven't heard alot about the TEA heads in while. My buddy had them is old '01 Z28 and he said they flowed incredible. I was just thinking that my cam is from TSP so I can't go wrong in buying my heads from them.

I'm very happy with my Tea 1.5's too. Very high quality. So what exactly makes a head a 2.5 compared to a 1.5? Runner size? Are the valves the same size? My 1.5's flowed 317.6 and 266.5 @ .600".

I was pretty happy with my PRC 2.5s and agree I haven't heard much talk about TEA anymore. I know the PRC 2.5 have bigger runners on them now. Just checking the flow # on both but the PRC heads outflow the Stage 1 heads and are about the same on the TEA Stage 2 heads. I would vote PRC for sure especially with the MS3. TSP will set them up for the cam. Be careful though, they set them up for me and everything checked good. I did touch 5 valves on pistons though, 2 intake & 3 exhaust(didn't hurt me at all and was just a hair). My MS3 is on a 114 though.

I orderd the PRC's today and im extremely stoked to see how much they wake up my car. I was wondering if anyone knows would it be a smart move to get the 42 lb injectors pretty soon to compliment the heads.
