Re: My Meziere EWP just took a crap this morning !!!!!!!!!!
Meziere used to have a 1 year warranty on their EWPs...
This has been increased to a 2 year warranty, within the last year or so...
Mine will be replaced or repaired...
Jay did state that turn around time is ASAP, & however I ship to them, they will do the same back to me...
So far I rate customer service as A+ ...
I do think that they should have a 'spares' program in place already, for this new LS1 street EWP, as it's been on the market for what, 2 months now ???
I now belive that I had a 'warning' sign that something was going wrong... For about a week I was hearing faint, 'bubbly' sounds, coming from the heater core area at idle, when it was real quite in the car... Jay said air was in the system... Well.... it was the seal in the electric motor that blew out....
Meziere installed a new electric motor , & it's on it's way back to me....
I've decided to sell it ,& use the money for a LS6 cam kit...
If your'e looking for a fresh pump at a good price, go to the 'parts-for-sell' section...
