PLEASE HELP REMOVED ENGINE A LITTLE WHILE BACK . REINSTALLED TODAY . THE PLUG FOR THE FRONT DRIVERS SIDE 02 , ON THE MAIN HARNESS , WHERE \ WHAT DOES IT BOLT TO ? WHAT ALL CAN I REMOVE WHEN DISABLING THE SECONDARY AIR SYSTEM ? THANK'S IN ADVANCE !

Re: PLEASE HELP What "secondary" AIR system are you talking about? I am a little confused by that. I know that you can remove all AIR system including the pump by the driver's side headlight. The only thing you need to do is cap the exhaust manifold holes that are left and plug the little vacuum line on the rear of the intake, also driver's side. I still do not know what the secondary AIR system is, you have me stumped there.
Re: PLEASE HELP That O2 plug bolts right to the engine block near the engine mount, but you can leave it unbolted, it's not that important. Just be sure it's tied back away from the exhaust. For the AIR system, remove the pump inside the fender, the hose going from the pump up to the vacuum valve, the vaccum valve, the vacuum line going from the valve to the vacuum solenoid, the vacuum solenoid, and disconnect the vacuum line from the solenoid that goes to the intake manifold and plug it. Oh and of course take the air tubes off that go to the exhaust manifolds along with the check valves. Then you will need to go into LS1edit under hardware tests and disable the test for the AIR pump there.
