Running rich........sometimes
It doesnt seem to be running rich all the time. The first day i drove it, it seemed to be fine at any trottle position. Then i started noticing a miss while cruising at any speed, it started idling just a little ruff and stronge fuel smell, but does fine at WOT. The next day i drove it, it does fine, smooth idle, and its not missing while cruising. The next time i drive it i notice a miss a few times but idle is ruff agian and fuel smell is back. I have only 60 miles on new exhaust tips and the are covered with carbon build up.
Variable:
!AIR
First drive was with 1/4 tank of 4 month old 87 octane.
Next drives were with 93 octane.
Motor has been sitting for atleast 4 months.
I feel like i just keep going and going so i will end it here. Thanks for any help

fault. Air box sensor is the IAT (inlet air temp)
sensor. Also an unlikely suspect (though if hosed
could push you to too much or too little spark
advance).
I would start with plugs & wires.
Any chance that you have an exhaust leak? This would introduce outside air to the O2 sensor on that bank thereby fooling it into thinking that the exhaust is lean. As a result your Ltrim on that bank would go positive and more fuel would be added. You'de be running rich and the PCM wouldn't know it.
