what would be the difference between these two? I am going from a LS1 to a LSX/7 build and the intake manifold and heads are going to be LS7's I know the injectors are different but what about the fuel rails would aftermarket LS1's work, if not why? And aftermarket injectors like the 60# Motron would they work with the LS7 manifold?

i have the LS7 rail injectors and intake, and i had to buy injector adapters from racetronix and i had to put a fuel regulator on the fuel system

okay i am slow right now I just got out of school. so you have LS7 Rails, LS7 injectors and LS7 intake? why would you need the adpaters and the fuel regulator?

i needed the adapters bc LS7 injectors are ev6 style and LS1's are ev1; i had to get a fuel regulator bc an ls7 fuel rail does not have a fuel regulator built into it (like the ls1 does)

ah I didn't know that. so why won't the ls1 aftermarket fuel rails work or does one out flow the other? basically why is there a need to switch?

well you can use aftermarket stuff, it depends on what you're going for, i wanted my f-body to look as factory as posible
