Default With H/C car, what would dual QTEC cutouts do to hp, tq ?

I ordered the PP LQ9/LS6 style heads and the 231/237 cam today. QTEC has a sale on their cutouts, so I decided to add to the power with a cutout. I've searched for the benefits/losses of dual cutout vs single cutout and to place them on the ypipe vs the ipipe. Some have said that with the dual cutout on the ypipe you lose hp or tq or both. Most have said that it's mostly beneficial to install a single cutout in the ipipe but then others say you gain on the ypipe with the dual cutouts. Can anybody who has a h/c car tell me if it is more beneficial to put dual cutouts on the y-pipe or just one on the i-pipe. When I was installing the magnaflow on my car, I started it with just the headers and y-pipe. To tell you the truth, it sounded like a truck, didn't impress me at all, so I can't believe it's going to sound much different with a single cutout on the i-pipe. However, many moons ago, I had a 73 Z-28 with headers and opened them up and that sounded bada$$. I guess sound is less important that hp and tq and that's why I;m asking for a definitive answer.

I can only give you what I picked up on a stock internal, with bolt-ons. I have the FLP set-up with dual cutouts after the headers. I picked up 18hp and 26ft lbs of torque all across the entire RPM range. Unfortunately no new track times to see if it benefits. Damn rain for the past 2 weekends has postponed my track time.
