Little hose under throttle body

Little hose under throttle body What does that little hose under the throttle body connect to. It is right beside the radiator hose. It looks like it has coolant or something run through it but I am unsure. Please help, thank you.
Yes that is a coolant line to keep that TB warm in winter. Many do the TB bypass by pulling that line under the TB and connecting to the line coming out of the other side of TB. All you need is 2 small hose clamps and metal tube that fits inside hoses. One of my first and cheapest mod.
