Question about AIR/LT headers
Question about AIR/LT headers Ok, let me start by saying I've tried search for a bunch of stuff all morning and I can't find dick.
I know this question has probably been asked before, but I can't find an straight answer. I have a 2001 Z28, if I remove AIR, can I buy Race Style headers and NOT need a block off plate? Or is race style for something else?
Ex, I'm about to order Coated Pacesetters from TSP and it has an option for Race, 98-99, and 00-02 which should I pick if I remove AIR?
Also, is it a good idea to get the race headers if so, or should I run the correct one and just use a block off plate?

If you remove the AIR system and get race style headers, then you do not need block off plates. The block off plates are for the AIR provisions that are built into the "non-race headers.
