I got mine off of this board from Mike Norris Motorsports. It works well.

RevExtreme one is supposed to be nice as well.

wobble? No. It's secured in the bracket by a set screw, and the bracket is bolted onto the cylinder head. No wobbles.

I actually had to add a small inline filter in the other breather hose, since that one hooks to the throttle body and was drawing in some oil too.

A coalescing filter is the only real way to stop oil from getting into the inlet manifold.

Did you swap the line configuration with the modified filter material inside the can?

Wouldn't this cause pressure buildup once the filter soaks up oil thus causing oil leaks.

I think what you are looking for is back pressure…and yes it will cause slightly more back pressure but this is true for any filter that is of higher efficiency…as long as the filter doesn’t cause as much pressure drop as what the intake manifold can pull there will be flow…and I don’t seeing this filter cause as much vacuum that will be inside of the intake…what is vacuum level in our manifolds…

I am not sure if I understand your question, but yes everything is setup the same way and the filter is inside out flow…causing the oil to be filtered and pushed though the media…coalescing on the outside of the filter and dripping to the bottom…

Outside in flow would not work cause the oil would coalesce on the inside of the filter and have nowhere to drain…with this kind of setup outside in flow there needs to be a suction line on the I.D. of the element or a drain back flap will work too…

A 20 micron borosilicate coalescing filter removes virtually all the oil mist in low volume-low pressure applications without saturation issues.
