Question Can you remove the waterpump pulley?

I am dropping an LSx into a rear engine dragster and, wow... $400 for an electric water pump?

So, can the pulley be pressed off the stock pump and driven with the electric drive kits I have always used?

Thanks in advance!

Another bump. It looks like the edelbrock pump has a hub on it for the drive pulley. Is this the only option? Any other pumps come with a hub on it?
