Well we have 93 octane here, that is why i want my DCR to be between 8.5>8.7....

Can you explain what milling the heads are. I have heard that term plenty of times, but not to familar with what it does.

Milling just means to cut the deck surface of the head. If you remove .006-.007" of material off the deck surface you take about 1cc of volume out of the combustion chamber. A mill is just the machine used to cut the head, either a bridgeport with a fly cutter or a specific head milling machine that uses diamond inserts. Keep in mind when you remove material off the head you have less piston to valve clearance.
