did yours come from dpt motorsports like mine did? If so read the sale add and they are supposed to come with bolts. My buddies and mine didnt and I called and he gave me $20 bucks back for mine.
I didn't use DPT motorsport but they get them from the same supplier as well. I didn't even realize I was supposed to get bolts with it lol. Im planning on using stage 8 locking bolts so I wouldn't even want bolts if they came with them. One of my gaskets was creased bad as well so now that I realize that I'm going to send the seller a message and see if I can get a partial refund as well! I don't even want the cheap paper gaskets that come with it either, I already have metal felpros.

Alright folks, heres the first round of pictures now that I got all my goodies. I was shocked that the Y-Pipe fit the headers perfectly considering they are from two totally different makers lol. What you see is what I will be installing this weekend. Got the O2 extensions, stage 8 locking bolts, and gaskets this past week as well so we are ready for install. As you can see it all fits together real nice now, I'm hoping it fits just as good once we get the car up on the lift! The creases in the Y-Pipe are there for added clearance.. those with longtubes know how much of a pain it can be with a clanking Y-Pipe!
As I mentioned before if all goes well I will be selling the headers and Y-Pipe as a kit if they fit really well this weekend. If not I will probably just be selling header sets on ebay and people will have to make their own y-pipe. Pricing is still up in the air but I can tell you right now its going to be substantially lower than any other pricing elsewhere. Oh, and if fitment goes well and I decide to sell these I WILL be the next ls1tech sponsor
.

. No y pipe yet but got the headers on and fired up and sounded sweet. I used the percy locking header bolts and they worked great. That y pipe looks great wish I knew those were available, how much was it? I had to do some grinding to the k member to get good clearance but nothing major. My drivers side angles up a little so it should be interesting to see the y pipe fitment, hopefully yours doesnt do that cuz if it does I don't think the y will be fitting as good as it does off the car but good luck and keep us posted. I will hopefully have everything on by the end of the weekend, Ill let you know.

well my brother and I started the install just after 7 o clock and I think we completely buttoned it up after 11 o clock. Pipes are all set just need to be welded by my uncle (does the exhaust work at our shop). Would have gone faster but we had to do a little clearing to the k member as well as some clearancing on the Y-Pipe. It sure was nice to have a car from georgia, didnt need much if any penetrating oil on any bolts and they all came off in a jiffy. (helps to have a shop and lift I'm sure) All in all I was shocked at the fitment of everything, I got super lucky and the headers fit right up to the Y-Pipe lol. The drivers side header aim's up quite a lot but there is about a fingers space above it.(works for me) I would like a little more clearance between the Y-Pipe and the car, but the amount of room under the car is like I never installed longtubes at all so I will deal with it! I am having issues with the supplier I was thinking of using (I don't think he knows english too well and is changing stories..) so I will not be selling these headers. As far as what I can see it seems all the stainless headers come from the same company.. I thought I found the company but I guess I didn't. I bought my headers from DNA motoring and the y-pipe was just a generic ls1 y-pipe from a guy on ebay from lake orion, MI. I will probably post pictures and/or videos tommarrow, we will have to wait and see.
I would like to add a note to this: when the previous owner had my car it was involved in a front end collision and was supposedly straightened to exact spec and factory parts replaced. This may or may not effect the fitment of the headers and Y-Pipe on your car, each car will be a bit different.

I've got the generic ebay headers fixing to go in hopefully this weekend. Very cheap and they look great just like the headers earlier in the thread.
They come with all air/egr fittings but I'm taking them to a guy to cut off and weld up and add a bung for my WB anyway. Probably will cost me 30-40.
I'm going 2.5" TDs and already have an x-pipe that was $40ish and two 1 chamber flowmasters that were $40 each. Exhaust shop said it will probably be in the 100 dollar range to weld it up and dump it in front of the axle including reducers/hangers.
I'm going to try and document the whole thing

They are identical though I've seen more than a few 1 chamber flowmasters but I don't know what series you'd call them. Very small though they fit in your hand. Couple places online sell them as well as some auction sites. If your searching for them I found the best price with "1 chamber"
