Default What does a fouled plug look like????

The car is throwing a P0174 and a P0300 code and also running way lean on the passenger side. I replaced all 8 of the plug wires and the o2 sensor on that side but I'm still getting that code. So now I'm going to replace the plugs on that side. The driver side plugs look newer than the plugs on the passenger side. The passenger side look black where it should be white like the driver side. So does a fouled plug look black and could a exhaust leak cause that.

Fouled plugs are BLACK... Too much fuel. If your plugs are white that can mean a lean condition. A grey burn is what your looking for.

I think I fixed the problem....exhaust leak. Was where the y pipe connects to the header and also where the header bolts to the heads. I'm going to drive it around tomorrow and see what happens.
