Default Jet Hot LT's, Pacesetter ORY, SLP Dual-Dual

My brother and I completed installing Jet Hot Longtube Headers, Pacesetter ORY, and a set of Prothane Poly Motor Mounts on his 02 35th Anniversary SS. We also upgraded to a set of MSD Superconductor Wires (red to match the car.) He bought the car new and added the SLP Blackwing Air Lid and SLP Dual Dual exhaust as factory options. The only other mods we've done to this car are bypassing the throttle body coolant line, and adding an SLP 160* T-stat. The car has just over 4500 miles on it and, needless to say, is his baby. So the fact that he was up for this kind of project really suprised me.

Anyways, the install is complete and I think it sounds ******* awesome. It is definitely louder than before, which is what he was looking for. There is some rasp to it, but we have the option of modifiying the Y-pipe and adding a Flowmaster Merge in the future.

I've uploaded both a Before and After Video to youtube and here are the links respectively:

The After Video was cut short because I ran out of room on the disc I was recording with, but all the important stuff is there. Check them out and let me know what think. Thanks...

Thanks tpain...

Here are a couple videos we shot just about an hour ago. The first is a take off from a stop, the second a flyby at about 120mph, and the last the car coming to a stop. The LT's/ORY really woke up the SLP Catback. I can't stop grinning.

Thanks alot. Tristan (my brother) wasn't sure about it on first startup. It's still pretty quiet at idle. But once he added some throttle to it, he smiled and knew the LT's had livened it up very nicely.

I thought about adding a Flowmaster Merge to the Y-pipe to eliminate some rasp, but I hadn't considered a resonater in the I-pipe. Good call. I'll suggest that to Tristan for a possible mod in the future.

Good Ol' Pigeon Road is about the best drag race spot in the area. (Although it's getting to the point of needing some repair.) It has a nice long flat stretch, with only a few houses along the way. What better place to test out the new mods? Glad you liked the videos. Thanks man.
