Just installed a SLP LM1

Should be nice and loud at wot on the spray. I have hooker long tubes/ ORY and I had the LM1...with headers and Y pipe, it was loud but I liked it
then I went and had a MS3 installed and forget it! I took the LM1 off 2 days later and put my stock SLP catback on. With the cam, it was by far way to rediculous. I got a headache in 2 minutes of driving. Just idling it sounded like fire crackers were going off in my tail pipes.

To the O.P... don't let people tell you LM1 and LT's aren't a good combo. Yes, it is loud, but it's not as bad as some make it out to be. I like the sound of my setup, alot! I definitely suggest going with cats instead of an ORY. Cuts down on rasp and seems to tame it just enough to notice. Anyways, the point I'm trying to make is, LM1 is still a great catback with manifolds or LT's, so don't be afraid of upgrading your exhaust and retaining your LM1. You won't be disappointed.
