header question ive been looking for some headers to put on my car and i was wondering about the pacesetter headers. the price is right but does anyone know about the performance of them? how do they stack up against the others like jet hot and hooker? help me out if yall can.

Well, I installed pacesetters and a y-pipe. When I re-dynoed to see if I gained anything, the numbers were almost identical to the before numbers. I was very disappointed. Granted, I was getting some KR between 4900-5100 RPMs which pulled timing and caused me to lose power (how much I have yet to find out). I also liked the sound of my exhaust before I got rid of the cats. I guess its preference on that tho. Didn't really have many fitment issues with the pacesetters. I did have to add a one foot piece of pipe between the catback and the y tho.

what setup did you run before. my friend just got some pacesetters in place of his macs and he's gonna dyno soon. he's got cam'd bolt on car.
for the price you cant beat the pacesetters, i'd say you can expect at least 15-20, maybe more with tune.
