Do cutouts really add this much hp??!
I was surfing through youtube, and came across this video. Supposedly, just opening his cutout added 21rwhp. Is this really possible?

if you are making under 550 then the cutout will make little to no difference- if you have a good flowing exhaust. past 550 people have seen big gains as most aftermarket syatems don't flow that well past 550.
I could see this kind of gain if you had a flowmaster on the car.
I picked up 3 rwhp with my set up- pacesetter 1 3/4 to a hooker cat back. I also made 430 with it closed than 433 with it open back to back runs. IMO they really are not worth it unless you are making big power.

Think about this:
You have a 434ci with a 106mm turbo running through your STOCK catback. That means a 5.5" down pipe to a 2 1/2" pipe to the catback. In that 5.5" down pipe you have a cut out... That cutout might be worth 1000+rwhp. lol
But who would spend 25+k on a motor and not do a supporting exhaust...
