I have solids and it makes the car feel tighter. does make the rear view mirrow vibrate a little but so does the stereo when i turn it up loud. I would do it all again.

I have had both and have not really felt any big difference between either one. only thing is its a headache taking the tranny out with solids. I don't regret having solids.

I have solids and love them. If someone says they are bad and would never do them...chances are, they have no first hand experience. Do the math. Everyone that has them, loves them. The people who say not to...don't have them.

I wanted to go solid but decided to go polys. No complaints with them but no experience with solids....

wow ****.. i just installed an energy suspension trans mount w/ stock motor mounts.. is that VERY bad news?? or will it be ok?? im getting a little bit of vibration.. really not to much..

I've had both, and after doing a clutch swap with them, I said the hell with that and put polys in. I'd much rather make things easier for myself and sacrifice a little bit of stiffness. The polys have 95% of the stiffness of the solids and NONE of the vibrations.

baaaaad. the engine will move more than the trans. it will eventually lead to a damaged transmission.
