OIL temp sender?
OIL temp sender? I want to add an oil temp gauge to my truck. I am running 8lbs of boost via a trickperformance turbo kit in a 6.0. I am really wondering how hot my oil is
How does a vette determine its oil temperature? Is it in the oil pressure sender? I have searched and searched. I know someone here knows.

above the filter is a T fitting. On a vette, its already ready to go, on a F-body, you will have to tap the side the sender goes in to.

that part im not sure of (its been a bit since i did gauges) but it is detailed in that link i wrote is a big help next to. I want to say they do, as if you were to buy that T fitting, it would already be drilled out (wrong size though) vs buying a F-body type you would have to drill and tap it out. For the vette one, you would need to get the adaptor fitting to make it work
